Ashley Barnes

Ashley is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with registration through Dietitians Australia. She grew up in Glen Innes and completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) at Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga in 2016.

Ashley has been working with Northwest Health since 2017. During this time, she has provided nutritional support for a variety of health related concerns including weight management, polycystic ovarian syndrome, cardiovascular disease (including high cholesterol and high blood pressure), type 2 diabetes and irritable bowel syndrome.

Ashley’s passion is providing individualized nutritional care and support with a particular interest in women’s health. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, swimming, creating recipes and baking.
