Have You had Your Flu Shot?
Stay Protected This Flu Season
Seasonal flu is expected to continue, and we encourage all our patients aged six months or older to receive the flu shot to protect themselves. An annual vaccination is the most effective way to guard against influenza and its potential complications.
While influenza can affect anyone, certain groups are more vulnerable to severe illness, including babies, young children, pregnant women, elderly individuals, and those with underlying health conditions. Getting vaccinated is a safe and effective way to stay protected as flu season progresses.
Why You Should Get the Flu Shot
Influenza vaccination is strongly recommended, especially with flu activity expected to persist. The flu shot can also be safely co-administered with any COVID-19 vaccine, ensuring comprehensive protection. Even if you had the previous year's vaccine, it is still advised to receive the new dose as soon as it becomes available.
